Pure-NA First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit, 100 Tests

Pure-NA™ First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit provides a sensitive and convenient system optimized for two-step reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). The kit consists of Pure-NA™ reverse transcriptase which is a highly sensitive RT enzyme (M-MLV). The Pure-NA™ First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit is able to reproduce cDNA from a wide range of starting total RNA amount (1 pg - 2 ug) and is suitable for synthesis of cDNA up to 14 kb. All the components are premixed to reduce pipetting errors and save time.
