Refunds, Exchanges & Returns Policy
Everlife and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Everlife”, “our”, “we”, “us” or “Seller”) operates a strict ‘No Refund, No Exchange and No Return Policy’ for all products sold and supplied in good condition. We ensure that all our products are quality checked before being despatched to customers.
Seller, may at its discretion, offer a return / exchange / refund for the following exceptions. Buyer may only apply for the return / exchange / refund of an Item(s) in the following circumstances:
Any return, exchange or refund will not be automatically granted and subject to the terms and conditions below:
- The item has not been received by Buyer.
- The item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories).
- Seller has delivered an item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong measurement, etc.) to Buyer.
- The item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the item.
- The item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered).
- The item received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended).
1. Application for Return / Exchange / Refund
Application for return, exchange or refund must be submitted via “Dispute” section under the “Dashboard” within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. Seller reserves the right not to entertain applications after above said period.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Buyer should ensure that the item, including any complimentary items such as accessories and instruction manuals that come with the item, must be returned to Seller in the original condition and packaging received by Buyer on delivery. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely and at your cost. Seller take no responsibility for Item(s) lost in transit. Seller recommends Buyer to take a photo of Item(s) upon receipt for record keeping purposes. In the event where the condition of returned item does not match the disputed claim, Seller reserves the right to reject the return. In such cases, if Buyer requests for the item to be shipped back, shipping costs will be charged to the Buyer.
3. Refunds
Refunds will only be granted for Item(s) that were in-stock at the time of purchase. Seller reserves the right not to issue a refund if replacement products are available within 3 weeks from the date of receipt of return items.
Buyers who purchase with direct payment, e.g. by credit card, FPX, eWallet, will receive a refund voucher which can be used to offset future purchases. Refund vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are subject to 90 days validity upon issuance.
Buyers with established credit terms with Seller will receive a credit note and Buyer’s credit balance will be reversed.
4. Reward points
Once points are successfully redeemed for a confirmed order, such points cannot be reinstated & will be deducted from your total Rewards Points Balance.
